Senior Pastors
Pastor Carlos and Cynthia Castillo
Pastor Carlos and his lovely wife Cynthia have been married for over 20 years and have two sons Carlos and David. They have been in church ministry in various forms for most of their adult lives. Over the years, they have served as assistant pastors, youth pastors, worship leaders, and in international ministry as well. They have served as senior pastors of Connection Church since 2016 and have a heart to disciple people and help others find purpose in Christ. They have a strong desire to lead by example, serve the people and the community, and teach others to do the same.
Along with serving as Senior Pastor, Pastor Carlos serves on two ministry boards and ministers internationally leading teams to encourage churches and leaders. He is an Apostolic/Prophetic minister who flows regularly in prophetic words of wisdom/knowledge and healing. His desire is to see people become who they are in Christ and reach their full potential in life. His vision is to raise up the many-membered body of Christ and encourage them to use their spiritual gifts to impact the world.
Elder/Founding Pastors
Pastor Tony and Emily Nardella
Pastor Tony and Emily are the founders of Connection Church Clermont and Heart of Titus Ministries. He began his ministry preaching and witnessing on the streets of Orlando, then traveling and preaching in South America. Missions is a huge part of his ministry, and God has confirmed this through miracles, healing, and regular moves of the Holy Spirit. These attributes of his ministry are also evident in our local church as Pastor Tony carries a desire to see God move in miraculous ways. Pastor Tony is married to his lovely wife, Emily, and they have three grown children; Mike, Sarah, and Steven, and they now have two grandchildren, Antoinette and Henry. Pastor Tony leads a Pastors group of 20 churches in the local South Lake area, ministers regularly here and all over the world through Heart of Titus Ministries.
Youth Leaders
Carlos Castillo III and Kyle Murphy
Carlos and Kyle are the co-leaders of our AMPLIFY YOUTH group. While Kyle is the primary communicator and Carlos leads worship, they work together to create relevant teaching, worship, share Christian worldviews, and have fun doing it. Both young men have been raised in church, participated in various areas of ministry as well as international missions. They are precisely the type of leaders that have their finger on the pulse of the millennial generation and the heartbeat of God.
Worship Leaders
Ben and Emily Horne
Ben and Emily have been worship leaders for over 20 years and involved in worship most of their lives. They are passionate about leading others into the presence of God through worship and prayer. Our worship experience is fueled by their desire to pursue a deep connection to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to us. Ben and Emily have led worship at Connection Church since 2016 and also volunteer at the Orlando House of Prayer.
